At Stoked Ride Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different setup, we are here to help you get back to riding as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your gear is in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact before starting your request.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
