How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are processed the same day.

Do you offer a warranty on decks and hardware?

Yes, we offer a 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects. Please note that normal wear and tear, including 'razor tail' or snaps due to improper landings, are not covered.

Can I return a board if I've already gripped it?

We only accept returns on items in brand-new, resaleable condition. Once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for a return.

Do you ship skate gear internationally?

Absolutely! Stoked Ride Shop ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.

How do I know which truck size fits my deck?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, you want your axle width to match your deck width within 0.25 inches for the best stability.
