They're poured in Happy Thane which is extremely high rebound, grips like glue and slides like butter. With a nice stiff core (same as the Kegels), they will maintain their speed no matter what type of pavement you're on.

For your comfort, these wheels are MASSIVE and have a little rounded lip for super smooth smoothness.
